Eating healthy and its importance

Steaks, golden french fries, fried chicken and creamy pasta. Mouthwatering right? Healthy eating is one the most trendiest topics of the time yet we see how the rate of obesity is rising globally. Most youngsters today prefer eating out as compared to eating healthy according to the ideal balanced and healthy nutrition. It all happens as we being amused by all those advertisements in which scrumptious chicken burger with cheese sauce oozing out. This is something that needs to be controlled. It would not be wrong to say that food advertisements are like censored content

A balanced diet along with proper physical activity has numerous benefits.  Eating a healthy and  a balanced diet, exercising regularly and keeping a track of your weight and maintaining it to a healthy limit can add years to your life and cut down the risk of many diseases including cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis and obesity. Healthy lifestyle also generaly makes you feel happy and appear heatlthy as you are safe from various diseases.

The risk factors for adult chronic diseases, like hypertension and type two diabetes, are increasingly seen in younger ages, often a result of unhealthy eating habits and increased weight gain. Dietary habits established in childhood often carry into adulthood, so teaching children how to eat healthy at a young age will help them stay healthy throughout their life.

Researches show that unhealthy eating habits have widely led to increase in obesity rate in the United States. Reports show that  about one-third of the adults tehre (33.8%) are obese and approximately 17% children aged two to nineteen years are suffering from obesity. Even for people at a well maintained ideal weight, an unhealthy diet results in major health issues which can cause heath problems. So it is not necessary that just because you have a healthy Body Mass Index (BMI), you are safe. However by making the right choices while doing grocery can help you stay away from such health issues.

Another aspect fo staying healthy is being indulged in a proper and regular physical activity. And for that purpose you definetely do not need to spend too much on gym charges and buying fancy equipment. You can start off by just going for a early morning walk and stay healthy with that. You can always have a short cardio routine or just go for jogging in a park

Other fun ways of losing weight is cycling, fitness dance e.g. Zumba which can help you lose weight and still have fun. All you need to keep in mind is to adopt healthy ways of losing weights. Measures such as crash diets shoud be avoided as they can further result in health complications. Excessive dieting may result in condition such as annorexia which can cause excessive fatigue.

Where one would say it is following your dreams and having adventures as the idea of a happy life but the true meaning behind a happy life is having a healthy lifestyle with a balanced diet and regular workout.
