Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

Uncooked oats                    ½ cup

Egg whites                            3

Vanilla protein powder      1 scoop

Blueberries                           1 oz

Honey                                    1 tbsp

Water                                     ¼ cup

Sugar free syrup                 

Cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Take a bowl and blend uncooked oats, egg whites, vanilla protein powder, honey, water .
  2. Take a pan, spray cooking spray and pour the batter in such a way that it makes a thin layer in the pan.
  3. Cook until it’s golden brown from both sides.
  4. Serve with fresh blueberries and drizzle some sugar-free syrup if you desire.
