Ingredients :
Butter 2 tbsp
All-purpose flour 2 tbsp
Milk 1 cup
Cheddar cheese 2 cup shredded
Kosher salt As per desired
Cayenne pepper A pinch
Directions:
Set a pan over medium heat and add oil in it, cook the flour for 1-2 minutes and then add milk. Whisk so that there are no lumps left. Add cheese and cook until it’s melted completely. Add salt and a pinch of cayenne pepper and serve immediately.
